The shipping policy of Veronne Pets, a brand of Koncherto Global LLC.
1. Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We don't ship outside the US yet.
2. When your order ships
Orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment, and we email you as soon as yours ships.
3. Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery takes 5-9 business days to US addresses, with tracking.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not including US federal holidays. The day you place your order isn't counted.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, which covers every bundle (Buy 2, Get 1 Free and Buy 3, Get 2 Free). Orders under $50, like a single bottle, ship for $5.95. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it any time on our Track your order page.
6. Address and delivery
- We ship to the address on your order, so please make sure it's complete and correct at checkout.
- If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can ship it again. The shipping cost of the second shipment is on the customer.
- Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, it counts as delivered. If you can't find it, check around your door and with your neighbors, then email us and we'll help.
7. Delays
Holidays, busy seasons, weather and carrier issues can slow deliveries down. These are outside our control, and we'll do everything we can to get your order to you fast.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, email us and we'll send a new one or refund you in full.
8. Damaged or missing items
Check your package when it arrives. If something is broken or missing, email us a photo or your order number within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice. More in our Refund & Return Policy.
