Welcome to Veronne Pets. These terms cover your use of veronne.shop and any purchase you make on it. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them, so please read them.

1. Who we are

veronne.shop (the "site") is run by Koncherto Global LLC, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("Veronne", "we", "us"). You can reach us with any question at support@veronne.shop.

2. Using the site

To buy on the site you must be at least 18 years old and use a payment method you're allowed to use.
Please give correct and complete details with your order: name, shipping address, email and phone. Wrong details may delay your order or stop us from delivering it.
The site is for personal use. Don't use it for commercial purposes, copy its content or interfere with how it works.
We may block use of the site or cancel an order when false details are given, a payment method is used without permission, or these terms are broken.

3. Products and prices

Photos on the site are for illustration. The product you receive may look slightly different.
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, if any, and sales tax where it applies are shown at checkout before you pay.
The price that binds is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. We may change prices and offers from time to time, and changes don't apply to orders already placed.
Offers and free gifts are available while supplies last. If a free gift runs out, we may send a gift of the same or higher value instead.

4. Orders and payment

You order by adding products to your cart, filling in your details at checkout and paying. We then email you an order confirmation.
Payment goes through a secure payment provider. We don't store your full card details.
If your payment isn't approved, the order isn't completed.
If after you order a product turns out to be out of stock, or there's an obvious mistake in a price or description on the site, we'll let you know. In that case you can cancel the order and we'll refund everything you paid.

5. Shipping

Orders ship within 1-2 business days and delivery takes 5-9 business days to US addresses. The full details are in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Refunds and returns

Fresh Breath Drops come with a 90-day money-back promise, with no need to send the bottle back. The full details are in our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Pet health information

The information on the site is general information. It isn't veterinary advice and doesn't replace a visit to your vet.
Our products are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Fresh Breath Drops are made for adult dogs. Ask your vet before using them for puppies under 12 weeks, pregnant or nursing dogs, dogs with a health condition or dogs on a special diet. Not for cats.
Read the label and follow the directions. Never give the drops straight from the bottle, and keep the bottle closed and out of reach of children and pets.
Sudden or very bad breath, red or bleeding gums or trouble eating can be signs of a health problem. In that case, see your vet.
If your dog has an unusual reaction, stop using the product and contact your vet.
Results vary from dog to dog, and we don't promise a specific result.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including texts, photos, videos, design, the Veronne Pets name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. Don't copy, share, publish or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Liability

We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but honest mistakes can happen. If there's an obvious mistake we'll fix it and act as described in section 4.
The site is provided as is. There may be technical issues or short interruptions, and we aren't responsible for damage they cause.
We aren't responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by things outside our control, like carrier issues, strikes, extreme weather or natural disasters.
Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it, unless the law says otherwise.

10. Privacy and emails

How we use the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy. If you agreed to get updates and offers from us, you can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site when you placed it.

12. Governing law

These terms and every purchase on the site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that the law of your state gives you.
